JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a working student to support our Propulsion and Actuation Team. Your focus will be on the research and development of different cooling concepts for our electric propulsion system, prototyping, defining test cases, and analysis of test data. With your academic kowledge and hands-on approach, you will contribute to the development of the cooling systems of our eVTOL and gain valuable practical experience.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design cooling system prototyping test setups
- Collaborate with the Propulsion team to support testing activities
- Be part of lab test activities of equipment and electric propulsion system
- Write scripts to read and evaluate test data
- Assist in managing the documentation of tests and test results
- Define cooling system test cards
- Research and development activities for cooling system performance improvement
- Integrate cooling system test benches for prototyping
YOUR PROFILE
you should …- Be enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in master's program for Mechanical Engineering with focus on thermodynamics
- Have basic experience in coding using Matlab/Simulink and Python
- Be familiar with MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint)
- Have basic knowledge and experience in testing with thermal behaviour of electric motor and inverter
- Have good English skills
