Founder’s Associate Intern (m/f/d)
(Entry level position, starting as soon as possible)

We at ERC are exclusively developing an eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-off and Landing Aircraft) that transports patients three times faster than an ambulance and at one-third of the cost of a helicopter. We work hard to achieve this goal – with passion, a pioneering spirit, and strong partners, our first demonstrator successfully took off in 2023. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate Intern to join our Business Development team that takes radical ownership in supporting our fundraising and business development efforts. You will support all topics around our Series A funding and are responsible to support in identifying, qualifying, bidding/tendering, negotiating, and closing opportunities with partners, investors and business development. Furthermore, you shape our future by solidifying the path towards launch and market. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with the Founders of ERC.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to refine long-term strategic plans.
  • Have an outsized impact on shaping the company trajectory from day one.
  • Help manage various operational tasks to keep the business running and grow the organization.
  • Take ownership of Fundraising tasks such as:
  • Support the fundraising process (private, public, institutional investors),
  • Support in developing ERC’s equity and investor story,
  • Support in building ERCs long term Business Plan.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, conferences and networking events.

YOUR PROFILE

you should …
  • Have recently completed or be in the final semester of your master’s program in Business Administration, Management and Technology, or a related field
  • Have radical ownership paired with excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable recommendations
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Be able to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with others
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have excellent written and spoken English and German language skills 
  • Be interested in the aviation industry or technology start-ups is highly desirable
