Founder’s Associate - CEO (m/f/d)
(Internship/Entry-level, Permanent position, starting as soon as possible)

We at ERC are exclusively developing an eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-off and Landing Aircraft) that transports patients three times faster than an ambulance and at one-third of the cost of a helicopter. We work hard to achieve this goal – with passion, a pioneering spirit, and strong partners, our first demonstrator successfully took off in 2023. JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you eager to step into a dynamic, fast-paced startup as the Founder’s Associate to our CEO, David Löbl. In this position, you will be at the command center of our mission to revolutionize patient transportation and shape the future of aerial mobility. This is a unique opportunity to have the first-row view on entrepreneurship, learn how to build a business, and join a fast-developing organization with a meaningful purpose.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with David, our co-founder and CEO, on a broad range of topics including strategy, go-to-market, operations, and special projects.
  • Support David by managing external and internal communications, planning, scheduling, and organizing meetings and events with investors, customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other co-founders and our business development team on business growth operational activities.
  • Take on diverse tasks across the company whether that’s identifying new business opportunities, analyzing data for critical decisions, or handling partnership relations.
  • Accompany David to investor and client meetings, ensuring thorough pre-meeting preparation, meeting documentation and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Critically question, analyze, and improve existing processes.

YOUR PROFILE

you should …
  • Have recently completed or be in the final semester of your master’s program in Business Administration, Management and Technology, or a related field.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English and German language skills (C2 level).
  • Have outstanding analytical and communication skills with the ability to understand complex information and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
  •  Be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle diverse stakeholders.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate initiative and independence, with the ability to take charge and drive projects forward.
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Be interested in the aviation industry or technology start-ups is highly desirable.
