JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate Aircraft Prototype Manufacturing Professional to join our young and growing team. As an Aircraft Prototype Manufacturing Professional, you are responsible for the manufacturing of our prototype aircraft and related harnesses and devices and the implementation of our test rigs and control stations. The general work is ranging from advising design proposals, reviewing production documentation, manufacturing of electrical harnesses and mechanical assemblies and sharing your knowledge to create proper and mature processes as well as contributing to the warehouse management. Shape the future of aerial mobility with us by living and actively shaping all processes ensuring the integrity of our prototype production. You will work in close cooperation with other departments, regulatory partners, and suppliers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manufacturing of electrical prototype aircraft harnesses according harness production documentation

Manufacturing of test harnesses according harness production documents or in consultation with the requesting engineer

Manufacturing of mechanical assemblies according production documentation and supporting the development
- Preproduction Review of electrical and mechanical designs

Contribution in warehousing (goods receipt, stock support, marking materials)
- Contribution in facilities implementation (test rigs, laboratories, …)
- Contribution in development of production processes
- Coordinate with other departments and external suppliers
- Continuously challenge and improve the technical concepts, tools, and methods
YOUR PROFILE
you should …
Have at least 3 years of experience in electrical Low Voltage and High Voltage harness productionHave at least 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly
Have strong experience with relevant tools and their correct usage
Have working knowledge of aerospace standards
Have strong motivation to establish reliable and mature production processes
Have a high level of target-oriented self-management with the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
Have strong problem solving and communication skills
Have fluent English language skills
