JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager (m/f/d) to join our young and growing team. In our People & Culture department, we are striving to make our employees feel good and to build up a great variety of employees. As a People & Culture Manager you will be part of our People & Culture department and collaborate with our engineering departments. You will work closely together with other team members to help the company grow.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with our company management to design our People & Culture strategy and build our People & Culture team
  • Create & implement our People & Culture processes and define relevant KPIs to continuously monitor and improve the processes
  • Manage and conduct the entire recruitment process (pre-selection of candidates, coordination and scheduling of interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience)
  • Create a unique culture and contribute to employer branding
  • Design & optimize the entire employee life cycle including onboarding, offboarding and development of employees
  • Perform all personnel administrative tasks (e.g. create and amend contracts, create all types of personnel-related documents such as certificates, references, correspondence with authorities and health insurance companies)
  • Be the first contact person for employees and the leadership team in all personnel-related matters
  • Organize internal events, trainings, workshops and seminars

YOUR PROFILE

you should …
  • Have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics or social sciences with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable education
  • Have 5+ years of work experience in HR / People & Culture
  • Have excellent social and intercultural competencies combined with strong communication skills towards different stakeholders
  • Have an analytical mindset and a structured, independent, results-oriented approach to work with an eye for the individual as well as the big picture
  • Have strength in both strategic & conceptual work as well as a hands-on mentality and a distinct service orientation
  • Have experience in fast growing and changing environments and be motivated, pro-active, resilient and enthusiastic about the opportunities it brings
  • Have profound knowledge in labour, tax and social security law
  • Have a high level of trustworthiness in dealing with confidential and personal information
  • Be hungry to implement modern culture, trends and new work topics for the best of the company
  • Have very good German and English skills (written and spoken are mandatory)
