JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in HR Recruiting & HR Support to support us.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You support us in recruiting with the coordination of interviews and applicant communication
- You will take over administrative tasks in the HR department such as the preparation of contracts and references
- As part of our onboarding process for new employees, you will be responsible for the following tasks
- Creating and updating job descriptions and requirement profiles
- You carry out various research activities in the field of HR
YOUR PROFILE
you should …- Be a Student (m/f/d) of Business Administration or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on personnel/human resources
- Have a high affinity for human resources work, are reliable and work independently and conscientiously
- Have already gained some experience in Human Resources Management
- Be confident in using MS Office programs as well as Outlook
- Have good analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Have a high level of motivation, strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Have high social competence and a quick grasp
- Have very good German and good English skills (written and spoken) mandatory
- Be looking for a long-term working student job of at least 6 months
- Be located in Munich area
