JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate Head of Fundraising & Business Development that takes radical ownership for our Fundraising and Business Development. You drive all topics around our Series B funding and are responsible for identifying, qualifying, bidding/tendering, negotiating and closing opportunities, while making sure any resulting contracts are financially sound and operationally and contractually deliverable. Furthermore, you shape our future by solidifying the path towards launch of our aerospace product to the market.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Have an outsized impact on shaping the company trajectory from day one
Radical ownership paired with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to excel hands-on operations, as well as being comfortable with decision-making in ambiguous situations
Collaborate with the executive team to refine long-term strategies
Drive the fundraising process (private, public, institutional investors)
Establish and maintain business relationships with partners, investors and stakeholders
Build ERC's long term Business Plan
Identify and establish strategic partnerships and new business opportunities

You should …

Have excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable recommendations
Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels
Dispose of strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Have a structured, analytical mindset coupled, including experience in conducting research and presenting findings

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
3-5+ years of Professional experience in a fast-paced environment, such as fast-growing start-ups, management consulting or investment banking, with a proven track record
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with others
Excellent written and spoken English and German
