JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a working student to support our Energy Team with a focus on the HV Energy Storage System. The HV Energy Storage System accounts for the uninterrupted provision of HV Energy to all needing systems within our eVTOL. As a working student for the HV Energy Storage System, you will work on specific R&D topics for this flight-essential system and thus contribute to the development and ultimate success of our product.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explore current HV Battery development in the eVTOL industry with a benchmark analysis of available storage technologies
- Support us in modelling and simulation of our HV Energy Storage System, especially via the modelling of its HV Batteries, with the use of available test data
- Predict the performance of our HV Battery System in upcoming test campaigns
- Documentation of your studies
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Master of Science in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical course of study
- Good understanding and interest for lithium-ion batteries and its electric-thermal properties
- Good knowledge in Matlab/Simulink
- Basic knowledge in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint)
- Good English skills
